Our commission process
Design
We design to your brief, including new creations or customized pieces from our collections.

The first phase of the design process will involve up to 2 hours of free consultation and initial design. This is where we will discuss your brief and generate an overall concept sketch and initial estimated quote for the project.

Once agreed upon, we will enter the technical design phase. Bespoke projects include 10% design fee, which covers all drawings and revisions in this stage.
Upon design and material approval, we’ll generate a revised quote and ask for a 50% deposit before we take our final technical drawings into the workshop to be brought to life.
Making
Depending on the size and scale of your project, the time spent making can vary between a couple of days to a number of weeks.
Pricing
The cost of our work is determined by the materials we use and the time it takes to make each project. We'll ask for the remaining 50% upon completion.
Delivery/
Installation
We offer varying delivery and installation options depending on where the nature of the commission and where in the country you are. The price for delivery can be calculated once we have an idea of the scale of the commission, based on the delivery address and level of service you require.
